Marc&Brash
Hi, This looks very much like a Yellow rumped, but what's up with the yellow chin? Could you help me, please.
Melierax
Yellow rumped Warblers Audubons have yellow chins, but I'm pretty sure this is a Palm Warbler.

Tony Leukering
Palm Warblers (and a lot of other species) are now molting to prepare for breeding season, hence this bird's small patch of yellow on the throat (the chin is a very small area immediately adjacent to the bill).
