ID's from ME part 3

Ok, last one. Taken last July in Augusta, ME. All of the photos in this post were taken along the shoreline of a bog from a boat with the exception of the last 2 which were taken in a wooded campsite. All help is greatly appreciated!!! Thank you all so much in advance for your help and patience!



















#10- This raptor literally landed in a tree directly behind me and scared me half to death, I was not set up with the right lens to capture something so close. I only managed this one photo before it took off.

Agree, but pass an 4-5 and 8.

Nashville Warbler didn't even cross my mind. :classic_unsure:  You make a good point about leg color.  I also think it's not yellow enough below and its tail is too long.
