Ruby-crowned Kinglet.

They are pretty easy to confuse with Hutton's Vireo, but note the all black bill (HUVI's bill is more skin-colored, kind of pinkish, grayish, or brownish), thinner bill, black bar beneath the white wing bar, and yellowish edging on the primaries.

They look quite similar, not an easy ID without good looks, especially if you live in the east and don't regularly see Hutton's Vireos - where I am I see both frequently year-round so I get a fair bit of practice.
