This was take at Choke Canyon Lake State Park here in Texas which is about an hour south of San Antonio on 11 March. I'm still working on getting my water fowl identification skills down.

I think this is a glossy because you can see the shine on its back, but that may just be lighting so there really is no way to tell

I've never heard of back shine as being an ID feature for separating ibis. This is almost certainly a White-faced based off of bar charts for the area, but I agree with Tony that a positive identification cannot be made from these photos alone.
