TBN Photo Challenge ?

The new challenge is to take a picture of two different species of spring arrivals! No feeders/bird baths etc

That’s gonna be a bit harder down here because so many of em overwinter, but I could get a few....while it still is a little early...

Blue-winged Teals have been seen though out the year in the past here, but right now is by far the best time for them...

Anyway this is the closest I have, don't know if it counts or not.

It’s been a while since the last challenge, so I’d say this counts!

What is the current challenge?  Blue-winged Teals or Red-winged Grackles?

Two spring arrivals in one shot, though unless @Kevindoesnt want to come up with the new challenge, photos are still welcome

Let's chose a new category that is actually doable.

Three species of birds on the ground is very doable.  I just forgot about my own challenge. ?

Indeed it is doable, I could have had it a dozen times, but don't try to do the one I pick...

I don't know if this counts because I couldn't get all the birds in focus and they're not really on the ground, but I thought this was cool.  We first spotted the Wood Duck on the rock in front, then when we put our bins on it we noticed a Spotted Sandpiper on the rock behind it, then we noticed a Common Merganser sitting behind it on the rock at the upper left corner!riverbirds.jpg.6ac198d8a2fbdee80088fbfe2e1f917a.jpg
