He's noisy and sounds like an impact wrench... Would like to find out exactly what kind of woodpecker this is. Near Portland, Oregon this morning near the Columbia River. Woodpeckers are ageable to fourth-year, but the two feather tracts that can allow for that -- the primary coverts and the secondaries -- are not visible in the photo.
