jbb1193
I am looking for help to identify a bird seen near Mt Dora Florida. I have seen it about six times between March and April 2020. Description - Uniformly drab yellow (or green/olive) color. No wing bars or other markings. Slight yellow eye-ring. It had a thick finch-like bill ( which rules out all warblers). Size - Larger than a sparrow, smaller than a cardinal. Habitat- seen in both suburban trees as well as thick brush and hedges. Song - none heard
