Hello. New bird to my yard 4/12/20. 4 1/2”  similar size as Dark Eyed Junco, same white tail underfeathers. Wings are black near tips. White underparts. Ground feeding.  Slightly less flighty than some others like my daily sparrows, juncos, towhees etc.

Welcome to Whatbird!

That's a leucistic Dark-eyed Junco. Leucism is an uncommon condition in which there is partial loss of pigmentation in a bird or animal. In this junco, it's on the head. It's not quite albinism, which is the the complete loss of pigmentation. Nice find!
